FLHoldings lists villas, apartments and townhouses across Greater Accra — from East Legon and Legon Hills out to Spintex and Tema. Every one is photographed and filmed on site, priced in the open, and held by a named agent.
Why the company exists
Lennox founded FLHoldings after years of watching buyers in Accra work from the same thin evidence: a handful of recycled photographs, a price quoted differently depending on who asked, and an address that resolved to a junction rather than a plot.
The fix he built is unglamorous. Every estate on FLHoldings is visited. Someone photographs it, films a walkthrough end to end, and pins it to a GhanaPost GPS address. If a figure is not confirmed, it does not go on the listing.

One price, quoted once
The asking figure on the listing is the figure the agent quotes. Where a price is still being confirmed with the owner, the listing says so rather than guessing.
